The Clark Kerr Conference Center has a variety of rooms to suit any event need. Contact our sales office at 510-643-4314 or email at to inquire about reserving a meeting space. Please have the following information available: event date, time, number of expected attendees, and whether catering services are required..

These rates apply to functions held Monday – Friday 8am-5pm during mid-August through mid-May. Please see Event Spaces for weekend rates.

All individuals and groups are welcome to use the conference center and dining facilities for meeting and special functions; University affiliation is not required.

Campus Users include departments, campus affiliated organizations, student groups, or other campus units which are recognized by the University.

Non-Campus Users with campus sponsorship include non-campus uses who have an established sponsorship with a campus group. Non-campus users with campus sponsorship are required to use campus sponsor for all billing of event expenses. In the event of non-payment by non-campus users with campus sponsorship, the campus sponsor will be responsible for all expenses incurred for the event. Non-campus users without campus sponsorship are welcome as well, no campus affiliation required.
